Toomas “Topi” Heikkinen continues at Team EKS in FIA World Rallycross Championship.
The Finn is starting his fourth season in WorldRX and the second season for this team, which is formed by Mattias Ekström. Together with Ekström he took home the Teams Championship in 2016 and was even leading in the Drivers Championship after the first few rounds.
But later on in the season he fell further back and ended on the 7th position in the World Championship, while Ekström took the Drivers title.

In 2014 Heikkinen took an impressive 2nd position in FIA World Rallycross Championship, so the 25 year-old driver has shown that he can be among the best.
Team EKS has got the backing by Audi Sport for this 2017 season.
FIA World Rallycross Championship starts on the first weekend of April in Barcelona.
