Swede Kevin Eriksson will join Timo Scheider at MJP Racing Team Austria.
By that he leaves the family team but will however continue in a Ford Fiesta for the Austrian team.
Eriksson finished 11th in the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2016, but there is still a lot to learn for the 20 year-old driver.

Eriksson won the RX Lites Cup in 2014 and finished second in 2015, proving there is plenty of speed in the young driver.
It will be very interesting to see if MJP Racing Team Austria can join in at the top of the Championship. Both drivers has shown good speed, and if the team can deliver a world class car, there should be podiums and even potentially race victories on the card.
