The defending ADAC GT Masters Champions Montaplast by Land-Motorsport enters two cars again.
The 2016 Drivers Champions Christopher Mies and Connor De Phillippi will share the Audi R8 LMS GT3 with number 1 on the side, while Christopher Haase will get a new co-driver in the shape of Jeffrey Schmidt in car number 2.
Swiss Jeffrey Schmidt has been driving Porsche cars for many years, but now he jumps into an Audi to participate in this series.
The team had their debut in ADAC GT Masters in 2016, so with the Drivers, Teams and the Junior title on the CV, you can only say that it was a dream start for the white and green cars from Westerwald near Bonn.
The team has already in the current year participated at the Daytona 24 hours race, Sebring 12 hours, and at the VLN races at the Nordschleife.
With three ADAC GT Masters out of four drivers (Mies/De Phillippi 2016 and Haase 2007) they certainly have the best possible line-up for the upcoming season, where the goal is to defend all the titles.
This coming weekend will have a test for all the ADAC GT Masters teams at Oschersleben, before the season starts for real in the final weekend of April, at the same track.
