ADAC GT Masters presents 32 cars for the season.

ADAC GT Masters has presented a 32-cars field for this season.

A total of eight former Champions are in the line-up this year, such as the defending Champions Christopher Mies and Connor De Phillippi in an Audi R8 LMS number 1 for Montaplast by Land-Motorsport, Christopher Haase i the sister car number 2, and Kelvin van der Linde in another Audi for Aust Motorsport #3. Sebastian Asch starts in a Mercedes-AMG GT3 for BWT Mücke Motorsport #26, while Luca Ludwig (Zakspeed #21) and Maximilian Götz (Team HTP #84) also will be piloting a car with a star. Daniel Keilwitz participates for Callaway Competition in number 77.

A positive surprise on the list is Team Schnitzer with a BMW M6 GT3 with the classical number 42. Philipp Eng and Ricky Collard will pilot the only BMW in the field.

Two female drivers will compete this year. Rahel Frey will once again compete for YACO Racing in an Audi R8 LMS #50, while Mikaela Åhlin-Kottulinsky will be driving for Audi Sport racing academy #8.

Other than ten Audis, five Mercedes AMG cars, two Corvettes and one BMW, the field also includes eight Lamborghinis, four Porsches, and two Nissan race cars in the field.

Bentley sadly isn’t a part of the series this year, since they are focusing on the VLN Championship as well as Blancpain Sprint and Endurance.

While the teams continue to test this week at Oschersleben, the season will start for real with on April 28th-30th at the same circuit.
