Audi Sport will put on a bit show at the DTM Season Final at Hockenheim on October 14 and 15.
They have just send out a small teaser, where 11 of the big drivers through the years are going to participate in Audi Sport TT Cup cars.
It’s not specified if they will run a separate race, or if they will be guests in the normal Audi Sport TT Cup. But it will probably be the first option, since they would take too much focus from the young drivers normally competing in the series.
The 11 names are:
Hans-Joachim Stuck
Lukas Luhr
Frank Biela
Marcel Fässler
Filipe Albuerquerque
Lucas Di Grassi
Marco Werner
Dindo Capello
Stephane Ortelli
Christian Abt
And Mr. Le Mans – Tom Kristensen
There are a few other Audi drivers out there, who would be good candidates for the race too, in the shape of Markus Winkelhock, Benoit Treluyer and Frank Stippler would be a shoe-in as competitors. But we will learn more in the coming weeks.
So that gives spectators another reason to go to the DTM Final at Hockenheim, where Audi Sport is hoping to bring home another DTM Championship this year.
