The FIA World Rallycross Championship goes Abu Dhabi in 2019.
The emirate country will host the opening round of the 2019 season on 5 and 6 April, in what is described as a long term deal.

Yas Marina Circuit will be the location for the new event, having hosted Formula 1 and various other series since 2009. This will be the first time that the World RX goes to Asia, let alone the Middle East for a round of the Championship.
The rest of the 2019 World RX schedule will be announced in due course. But expect more surprises compared to the 2018 version.
