Alexander Lynn will return to United Autosports for at least one race.
The Brit will share car #23 with Paul Di Resta at the 24 Hours Of Le Mans this August, with a not yet announced third driver.
Lynn has previously raced for the British-American team, when he participated in the Gulf 12 Hours in Abu Dhabi in 2016. Back then he raced an LMP3 car.
An ORECA 07 Gibson in the LMP2 category will be the choice of vehicle this time around.
This pairing is also two Le Mans winners from 2020 in the same car. Di Resta won the LMP2 category for United Autosports, while Lynn won the GTE Pro category for Aston Martin Racing.
There is no news yet regarding a potential warm-up race prior to Le Mans, to know each other, and more importantly, get their third driver up to speed, and learn his or her’s setup preferences, before the big races kick off in France.
The 24 Hours of Le Mans 2021 will run on 21-22 August.
