Glickenhaus ready with one car for Portimao

Glickenhaus Racing is ready for the FIA World Endurance Championship round at Portimao, which will run in one month’s time. The team will enter car #709, and has opted to put Ryan Briscoe, Richard Westbrook, and Romain Dumas in the car for the 8-hour race, at the Portuguese venue. Qualifying in changing weather in Austria

The qualifying to the second round of the 2021 European Le Mans Series was run this afternoon at Red Bull Ring in Austria. The first of the three sessions – one for the GTE cars – started in the dry, but dark clouds and rain showers were closing in from both sides of the track, in the valley. Mixed weather in ELMS practices

It’s been a somewhat mixed start to the European Le Mans Series weekend at the Red Bull Ring in Austria. The weather has been changing both Friday and Saturday, with a few showers and low-hanging clouds. Free Practice 1 ended up with United Autosports #22 fastest amongst the LMP2 cars, ahead of G-Drive Racing #26, and with the fastest LMP2 Pro Am var on P3 overall – DragonSpeed USA #21.
