Cadillac confirms LMDh programme

Cadillac has finally confirmed the long-awaited LMDh programme, which has been rumoured for a long time. The American car giant will once again work together with Dallara, who has built their current DPi car, to create the future prototype, that will compete in both the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the FIA World Endurance Championship, including the 24 Hours of Le Mans. UA already preparing for 2022

United Autosports has already started preparing for the upcoming 2022 season. The English-American team has big plans for next season, expanding to two cars in the FIA World Endurance Championship in the LMP2 category. The team will enter two ORECA 07 Gibson cars, with one of them being raced by Filipe Albuquerque. There were quite a few changes to the Michelin Le Mans Cup standings, following the two rounds of Road To Le Mans at Circuit de la Sarthe. All cars went through the post-race scrutineering without any issues, which was a very good thing compared to previous years, where irregularities were found.
