There will be another Dane on the entry list for this weekend’s European Le Mans Series race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.
Duqueine Team #30 has had to change to their driver line-up.
Anders Fjordbach has been called up on a very late notice, since Reshad de Gerus can’t participate this weekend.
Fjordbach resides in the Barcelona area, so it didn’t take him long to grab his helmet, and drive to the track.
The team doesn’t give the exact reason for why de Gerus isn’t able to race this weekend, but it’s only a single weekend job for Fjordbach for now.
The Dane has driven hundreds if not thousands of laps at the circuit, since High Class Racing has base right next to the track, so they often use that for testing their own LMP2 cars.
Anders Fjordbach will share the car with team regulars Memo Rojas and Richard Bradley.
