ELMS and LMC update 2023 schedules

European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup have updated their 2023 race schedules. The change is to do with the season finale in Portimao, since there was a date clash with the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and the GT World Challenge finals.
