Panis Racing will be running in the European Le Mans Series with Forestier Racing.
The team will be known as Forestier Racing by Panis, and will try to reclaim the LMP2 title that was won by VDS Panis Racing in 2025.
Panis Racing has been working their way through a few service providers over the years, with Tech 1 Racing running the Panis-Barthez Competition outfit, before turning into a collaboration with TDS Racing, with Marc VDS more lately.
There are more connections between Forestier Racing and the Panis family. On the ELMS side of things, it’s Olivier Panis, but in the Michelin Le Mans Cup it’s Forestier Racing by VPS. VPS Racing was formed in 2021 by Matthieu Vaxiviere, Raphael Serrano, og Aurelien Panis – son of Olivier.
We will see the classic green colors of Forestier on the ORECA 07 Gibson, being run in collaboration with TDS Racing.
Louis Rosset is the only confirmed driver so far, but it could end up with two very fast teammates. Esteban Masson, Charles Milesi, og Oliver Gray won the title in 2025.
The 2026 edition of the European Le Mans Series starts on 12 April at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in Spain.
