Alpine moves into LMP1

Alpine has big ambitions for the 2021 motorsport year. Not only will they re-badge the Renault F1 team to Alpine, but they will also get up one notch in their sportscar programme. The team has competed in the LMP2 category during the past few seasons, with an ORECA 07 renamed as Alpine A470, and prior to that, an ORECA 03 under the A450 name. Goodyear blimp returns to Europe

The iconic Goodyear Blimp will be present in Europe once again. It will gets its debut this weekend at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and will then fly on to the 24 hours at the Nürburgring next weekend. It’s been 35 years since it has last flown in Europe. Since then it’s primarily been present at NASCAR races, where they are the tire suppliers. Porsche with special Le Mans livery

When the practice sessions for the 24 Hours of Le Mans start this Thursday, we will have the two Porsche 911 RSR cars in GTE Pro in a very distinctive new livery, which makes it a lot easier to pick them apart.
