Inter Europol with all seats taken

Things have finally turned around for Inter Europol Competition, so they can indeed run two cars at the European Le Mans Series 2021 season opener in Barcelona, next weekend. Two drivers for their car #13 were announced a couple of weeks ago, alongside the announcement, that the seats in their other LMP3 car were all empty due to travel restrictions.
