After several years of rumours, it’s finally confirmed – Lamborghini will enter Prototype racing. The Italian car manufacturer is ready with an LMDh car from 2024 onward, in addition to their various GT programmes. The cars will be participating in both the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship in the new GTP category, which will start in 2023, while a FIA World Endurance Championship in the Hypercar category is planned as well.
