Merhi completes Manor WEC lineup

The former Formula 1 driver Roberto Merhi will take the final vacant seat at Manor WEC.

Merhi drove for Manor in Formula as well, but as previously mentioned by us, they are not related this season.

Roberto Merhi has been driving almost everything. Even when he is still just 25, he has competed in Formula Renault 2.0, Formula 3, DTM, Renault 3,5 and last season in Formula 1.

In that way, Manor WEC has got a very experienced driver on the team.

Merhi will be teammates with 2015 Le Mans LMP2 Winner Richard Bradley and the Young driver Matt Rao in car number 45. So far the team doesn’t have an entry for Le Mans due to too late commitment. But it will compete in at least the other 8 rounds of FIA WEC.

In car number 44 we will see Will Stevens, James Jakes and Tor Graves as the drivers.

It means that the entire FIA WEC field is now set.
