Rik Breukers will have his 24 Hours of Le Mans debut for the ARC Bratislava team.
The team, that has won access to the race through the AsLMS Championship, will enter a Ligier JS P217 LMP2 car with a Gibson engine.
He will be joined by Konstatins Calko and Miro Konopka in the car. Konopka is also the owner of the ARC Bratislava team.
Breukers is just 18 years old, but he has already done quite a few of sportscar racing. In 2015 he started on the asphalt tracks by doing several races in the 24H Series, and he ended up winning the race at Silverstone.
In 2016 he won the TCE part of the 24H Series Championship, and added up with some Lamborghini races in Europe and Middle East. Here he gained several top results – in a season that also contained some LMP3 racing in the ELMS.
The Le Mans test day will be run on June 4th.
