BMW and Porsche battle at VLN4

Round 4 of this year’s VLN Championship, named 48. Adenauer ADAC Rundstrecken-Trophy, was held at the Nürburgring Nordschleife today. Sven Müller had driven the Manthey Racing Porsche #59 to Pole Position for the 4-hours race, ahead of Falken Motorsports BMW #3, and Walkenhorst Motorsport BMW #100. Drugovich dominant in race 2

Felipe Drugovich started race two in Oschersleben from Pole Position, ahead of Marcus Armstrong and Fabio Scherer. Drugovich got a fantastic start, and instantly had a big gap to the drivers chasing him. Laurin Heinrich had a wild ride through the grass in turn 3 on lap one, before Tom Beckhäuser had an even wilder spin on lap two. Both could, however, continue without hitting anything. Marcus Armstrong wins race 1 in Oschersleben

Kami Laliberte had taken Pole Position but stalled when the lights went out, and only managed to get going after losing a lot of positions. Fortunately nobody hit him, even though he was completely standstill. That made Marcus Armstrong take over the lead, ahead of Jonathan Aberdein and Felipe Drugovich.
