Niklas Krütten will enter the ADAC Formula 4 Championship with BWT Mücke Motorsport.
The 15 year-old driver will make the jump from karting to single seaters in the upcoming season, where he will add races to the German season by competing in the Italian and the UAE Championships too.
The young German has been karting since he was 8 years old, and in 2012 he had his first highlight by finishing third in the West German ADAC Kart Cup. Since then he has been a Top-5 runner in the CIK FIA European Championships and several Top-10 results in the World Championships.
The Mücke Motorsport team has had many prominent drivers in their stable. Names like Sebastian Vettel, Pascal Wehrlein, Marco Wittmann, and Lucas Auer have all raced for the team, that has their base near Berlin. Even though the ADAC Formula 4 Championship has only run for three years, the team has already claimed 16 wins and 58 podium positions.
The 2018 ADAC Formula 4 season starts on the last weekend of April at Oschersleben.
