Sato extends with RLL

Takuma Sato will also be driving in Indycar in 2019. Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) has announced the extension of their current contract with the 41 year-old Japanese driver. That will be his third season for the team, after having raced for them in 2012, including this current season. A new record was made, when the 9th round of the FIA World Rallycross Championship was run in Latvia today. Johan Kristoffersson arrived at the weekend with such a huge point lead in the Championship, that no matter how this weekend would go, he would still be in front, after all the racing. A crazy record will be set today, when the season finale in the Verizon Indycar Series is run at the Sonoma track in California. The record doesn’t have anything specific to do with the series or the track itself, but with one of the veterans behind the wheel.
