ABB FIA Formula E World Championship has announced their next two race weekends on the 2021 schedule.
Rome and Valencia have been the two next cities to host the races. Those two weekends have been upgraded to be double rounds.
The changes is naturally due to the COVID-19 situation, that continues to hamper travelling around the world.
The opening round in Saudi Arabia was also a double round, but that was planned from the start, since they wanted to use the lighting system around the track to the fullest.
The Rome races will be run on 10 and 11 April, which will happen in the city centre just like in the past.
The Valencia rounds will be held two weeks later, with them racing at Circuit Ricardo Tormo on 24-25 April. That is a well known tarmac for Formula E, since the permanent race circuit has held pre-season tests for the last few seasons.
The following races at planned to be held in Monaco, Marrakesh and Santiago, Chile. But there are still doubts surrounding especially the last two weekends, with Chile even being a double round.
