ACO reveals future plans

Automobile Club de l’Ouest has revealed their future plans regarding the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and the FIA World Endurance Championship and the European Le Mans Series. The cars will race on brand new, 100% renewable fuel from TotalEnergies. The French company has been the sole supplier to the series since 2018, where they took over from Shell. Several changes to Le Mans entry list

There have been several late changes to the entry list for the 24 Hours Of Le Mans, just two days prior to the official test day. The innovative car Team SRT41 #84 has seen Francois Heriau swapped out for Matthieu Lahaye. It was a scorching experience for the 42 competing cars on the fourth round of the European Le Mans Series, which was run at Autodromo Nazionale Monza just right outside Milano. Automobile Club de l’Ouest (ACO), Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA), and International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) have agreed on the new LMH, LMDh and LMP2 rules for the future years in sportscar racing. The qualifying to the European Le Mans Series was run on a dry and sunny track, even though the meteorologists had predicted rain at that time.
