United Autosports and Vector Sport have announced several of their drivers for the coming 2023 FIA World Endurance Championship season. United Autosports will run Frederick Lubin alongside Filipe Albuquerque and Phil Hanson. Lubin will make his sportscar debut, after having raced single-seaters and karting until now. United Autosports has announced the drivers for their third LMP2 entry for the 2023 European Le Mans Series. That will be Phil Hanson, Marino Sato, and Oliver Jarvis. Phil Hanson will contest his sixth ELMS season in a row for the team. The Brit has been Champion in both the FIA WEC and ELMS, and has often raced in both series in parallel programmes. The team for the 2023 edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the Garage 56 car has been announced. It will be Jimmie Johnson, Mike Rockenfeller and Jenson Button, who will race the modified Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 NASCAR for the 24-hour classic. Proton Competition has announced their LMP2 team for the upcoming European Le Mans Series season. In the FIA World Endurance Championship, the AF Corse Ferrari #54 pairing of Francesco Castellacci and Thomas Flohr will be supported by Davide Rigon. Lilou Wadoux has been named as the new official Ferrari Competizione GT driver. The 21 year-old French driver has had a rapid rise in sportscar racing, where she competed in the 2021 Alpine Elf Europa Cup.
